In 2025, the FF Eiche prepared for its anniversary festival in 2026. As usual, local festivals took place in the districts of Ahrensfelde, while the major anniversary of the brigade was specifically moved to 2026 — as a '90+2 Years' celebration following the postponement of the original 90th anniversary.

In 2025, fire brigade activities in Eiche and the districts of the Ahrensfelde municipality continued as usual: training, operations, and small club events. The major 90th anniversary, originally planned for 2024, was postponed for organizational reasons and rescheduled for 2026 as a '90+2 Years' festival. Thus, the firefighters and the club leadership laid the groundwork for a particularly well-staged anniversary weekend in June 2026 — with a clear message about the anchoring of the Eiche Volunteer Fire Brigade within the community of the Berlin metropolitan area.
