2026 Program

A festive day celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Music Academy: the castle and park become a stage, from Weißwurst breakfast to world music to the Big Band in the evening – with free admission.

Sunday, July 26, 2026 — Schloss and Schlosspark Alteglofsheim

• 10:30 AM — Start of the Anniversary Festival
• 11:00 AM — Spiritual blessing by Father Joseph Puthussery, traditional Weißwurst breakfast, performance by Fatma2Soul (singer from Mannheim with band)
• 2:00 PM — Castle tours for adults and children
• 3:00 PM — Children's music program "Epi & Friends" at the Rondell in the park
• Afternoon — Performance by Enkhjargal Dandarvaanchig (Mongolian musician)
• 5:00 PM — Further castle tours for all ages
• 6:00 PM — Danube Big Band under Hans Heiner Bettinger: Hits by ABBA, TOTO, and Queen

Getting There

Alteglofsheim is located in the district of Regensburg, about 15 km southeast of the city. Accessible via the A3 / B15 and by train (Alteglofsheim-Köfering station on the Regensburg–Landshut line). The castle is in the town center.

Admission

Admission to the entire anniversary festival is free. Food and drinks are paid for on-site (including Weißwurst breakfast).

Tip

The castle tours for all ages are a highlight – spaces may be limited, so arrive early. The festival begins at 10:30 AM.
