The 28th Jena Pottery Market in 2025 attracted numerous ceramic enthusiasts and shoppers to the historic market square. Over 60 potters showcased their skills, and the pottery wheel demonstrations and hands-on activities delighted families from Jena, Saalfeld, Weimar, Erfurt, and the wider region.
The 2025 edition continued the decades-long tradition. The market square was well-attended on both days, and exhibitors reported good sales. The firing demonstrations (Raku firing on Sunday) were particularly popular with visitors. The Pottery Market once again confirmed its status as one of Central Germany's most important ceramic markets.
