The Jazzfestival Freiburg 2025 once again took place in late summer with the traditional Minigipfel opening and nine days of main programming at Jazzhaus. The mix of international stars, European newcomers, and the regional scene once again enjoyed sold-out concerts.
Festival 2025
In September 2025, the Jazzfestival Freiburg once again attracted an international audience to the Breisgau metropolis. Jazzhaus Freiburg remained the main venue, complemented by E-WERK, the Kommunales Kino, and the city center pubs for the Minigipfel opening. The festival reaffirmed its role as a significant meeting point for the Southern German and Central European jazz scene.
