23rd Japanmarkt Berlin — Japanese Summer Festival

The 22nd edition of Japanmarkt Berlin took place in the summer of 2025 at Festsaal Kreuzberg. It featured over 60 exhibitor stands, live concerts by Japanese artists, a samurai demonstration, a kimono fashion show, and a Taiko drumming program. The food court offered Okonomiyaki, Taiyaki, Ramen, and sake tasting. Berlin's Japanese diaspora and the German Japan fan scene gathered on a summer Sunday in Treptow — a reliable format that has established the market as the capital's largest Japanese cultural event.
