The 22nd edition (2025) once again attracted several hundred thousand visitors to Düsseldorf's Rhine promenade. Cosplay, J-Pop, Taiko, culinary specialties, and the spectacular grand fireworks display around 11 PM confirmed Japan Day's status as Europe's most important Japanese cultural festival.
