Overview
The Jakobi-Kirchweih Königsfeld 2025 was celebrated around the Patron Saint's day of St. Jakobus in July. The raising of the festival tree, the festive church service, and Franconian conviviality marked the two-day Kirwa.
In 2025, Königsfeld once again celebrated its Jakobi-Kirchweih according to old customs. On Saturday, the festival tree was raised with a brass band in front of the town hall, and on Sunday, the festive church service took place in St. Jakobus. DJK Königsfeld hosted football matches, the Gasthof Drei Kronen provided culinary delights with Haxen and Franconian specialities, and local clubs organised a children's programme. A short, well-attended village Kirwa.
