Overview
The Jacobi-Kirmes Ascheberg 2025 traditionally took place in late July around St. James' Day in the town center — three days of grand folk festival with carousels, showmen, and Westphalian Kirmes atmosphere. An event that has been considered the largest village folk festival in the Münsterland for centuries and will enter its next edition in 2026.
Jacobi-Kirmes 2025 in Ascheberg
In 2025, the Jacobi-Kirmes Ascheberg again mobilized showmen and visitors from the western Münsterland. Three days of festival operations in the town center under the patronage of St. James' Day — an unbroken tradition since the Middle Ages.
