Overview
The 25th edition of the Itzehoer Störlauf in 2025 once again gathered hundreds of runners from the Steinburg district, Hamburg, and Schleswig-Holstein. DLV-approved courses, from the toddler run to the half marathon, made the run an established fun run event on the west coast.
2025 Review
The 25th Itzehoer Störlauf 2025 took place on the first weekend of May with the usual good turnout. Sport-Club Itzehoe organized the DLV-measured courses from the town center through Münsterdorf; the half marathon course led around the Stör and produced several personal bests of the season. Families took advantage of the range of distances to compete together across generations — an aspect that has shaped the character of the run since its first edition.
