The 2025 Iserlohn Triathlon took place, as usual, on Easter Monday in April at the Heidebad swimming center in Iserlohn. Three distances (Volks-, Schüler-, Bambini-Triathlon) attracted athletes from the Sauerland, Ruhr area, and Märkischer Kreis.

The 2025 Iserlohn Triathlon was held in the usual one-day format at the Heidebad swimming center. The organizer was, as always, the Iserlohner Triathlon Team e.V., and the season opener attracted amateur athletes and families with Bambini children from the entire Märkischer Kreis and neighboring districts. Swimming in the indoor pool, followed by the transition to the cycling route around Kastanienallee and the final running route through the residential area. A proven format, manageable participant numbers, and a family atmosphere.
