Founded in 1974, the Irish Folk Festival is one of Europe's oldest continuously running folk festivals. This results in a multi-hour concert evening that showcases the full spectrum of contemporary Irish Folk: from traditional reels and jigs to folk songs and ballads, and modern crossover pieces with elements of rock, pop, or world music.
