Overview
The 8th edition of the Irish Festival Berlin took place in August 2025 on the ufaFabrik summer stage in Tempelhof. As in previous years, the programme featured concerts by Irish and Irish-descended bands, dance workshops, whiskey tastings, a pub area, and stalls by Irish craftspeople. The festival reaffirmed its role as the most important Berlin community gathering for the Irish diaspora and the local folk scene. The 2025 edition paved the way for the 9th edition on 14th/15th August 2026.
In August 2025, the 8th edition of the Irish Festival Berlin took place on the ufaFabrik summer stage. Bands from Ireland and the Berlin diaspora played folk and traditional music, dance workshops and sessions ran in parallel, alongside whiskey tastings, a pub stand, and market atmosphere. The festival once again fulfilled its role as a community meeting point for Berlin's Irish community and a hub for the city's folk scene, setting the stage for the 9th edition on 14th/15th August 2026 at the same venue.
