Overview
The 8th edition of the Irish Festival Berlin took place in August 2025 on the ufaFabrik summer stage in Tempelhof. Two days of music, dance, and encounters with acts from Dublin and Berlin: Tricia Collins Duo, Am Dúnta, Nightlark, and a storytelling program. Cèilidh on Saturday evening, workshops, photo exhibition, and pop-up Irish Shop. The festival confirmed its position as a central meeting point for the Berlin Irish diaspora.
The 2025 edition followed the successful concept: acts from Dublin and Berlin, a mix of traditional and contemporary Irish Folk, a dance program, Cèilidh on Saturday evening, Irish soul food, and Guinness. The ufaFabrik in Tempelhof provided the ideal open-air setting for a festival that serves as both a diaspora meeting point and a platform for cultural visibility. With its growth to 9 editions, the festival has secured a firm place in Berlin's summer calendar.
