Overview

The 59th Internationale Bodenseewoche took place at the end of May 2025 in Konstanz harbour. As every year, the event gathered sailboats, rowers, and water sports enthusiasts from the entire Lake Constance region — Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Regattas on the lake, harbour concerts, a maritime market, and water shows made the three festival days one of the most important Lake Constance events of early summer. Around 80,000 visitors came to Konstanz harbour.

2025 Edition

In May 2025, the 59th Internationale Bodenseewoche took place in Konstanz harbour — one of Europe's most traditional sailing events with roots dating back to 1909. Around 160 boats participated in the regattas, about 1,000 participants from sailing, rowing, and support roles were involved, and approximately 80,000 visitors gathered on land and along the harbour.

As always, the sporting programme was complemented by the Maritime Market, harbour concerts, water ski, and music shows. The Internationale Bodenseewoche is simultaneously a top sporting event, a public festival, and a classical/pop festival on the water — a unique combination that has shaped the event for over a century.
