Overview

In 2025, the Yoga Sound Sea Festival once again transformed the west bank of Steinberger See into one of Central Europe's largest yoga areas. Four days of workshops, concerts, Kirtans, and water sports yoga by the lake attracted several thousand international participants to the Upper Palatinate. The festival confirmed its position as one of the most significant wellness and yoga events in the German-speaking region.

The 2025 edition of the Yoga Sound Sea Festival once again confirmed its status as a top destination for discerning yoga and wellness travelers. Over 80,000 m² of festival grounds directly by the lake, plus 3,000 m² of covered areas under the ten event tents, facilitated a dense workshop program with over 125 sessions across the four festival days.

The musical program of concerts and Kirtans set the standard that has defined the festival for years: a mix of traditional Indian Bhakti music, world music, and electronic meditation music. The Steinberger See provided the unusual water element that distinguishes the festival from other yoga festivals — Stand-up Paddle Yoga and sunrise sessions on the beach were among the most booked program highlights.
