Airport Race 2025 – Review
The 42nd edition took place in September 2025 as usual: start and finish at the LSV sports facility in Groß Borstel, route around Hamburg Airport grounds, passage through a multi-storey car park. Thousands of Hamburg residents and athletes from Northern Germany used the run for their personal best on an unusually designed course. As part of the Hamburg Running Cup, the race once again counted towards the overall standings. In the Hamburg-Nord district, the event is one of the long-standing classics of the fun run scene.
