Overview

In October 2025, the Improtheaterfestival Würzburg once again brought together around a hundred improvisers from all over the world. Over four days, eight to twelve shows were performed on various Würzburg cultural stages, complemented by multi-day intensive workshops with international tutors.

For years, the festival has maintained its proven format: a dense programme of shows on multiple stages combined with training workshops. In 2025, Würzburger Improtheaterfestival e.V. again presented an international selection of ensembles and its own productions with festival guests.

The festival sees itself not only as a show platform but also as a meeting point for the scene, where players exchange techniques and perform together on stage.

Prices

From 7.00€ to 12.00€

Show tickets in the usual range of around €7.50 to €12. Workshops are subject to a fee.
