Overview
The 6th ILE-Gäubodenlauf 2025 was held in the autumn of 2025 in one of the seven member municipalities. Five race distances for all age groups, free participation for children, and the proven concept of a joint event by the ILE Gäuboden municipalities characterized this edition.
The 2025 edition continued the tradition of the joint popular run of the seven ILE member municipalities: Aiterhofen, Feldkirchen, Irlbach, Leiblfing, Oberschneiding, Salching, and Straßkirchen. The participation of clubs and citizens from all seven municipalities confirmed the need for joint sporting and social events in the Gäuboden.
Based on the experiences of 2025, a team run format was introduced for the first time in 2026.
