The 156th IDEE Derby-Meeting Hamburg 2025 once again attracted horse racing fans and the social crowd to the Hamburg-Horn Racecourse. The Derby remained Germany's most prestigious flat race – Group I, 2,400 meters, €650,000 prize money. Family Day, classic Hamburg races, and Derby Day formed the cornerstones of the meeting.
The 156th IDEE Derby-Meeting Hamburg 2025 took place at the Hamburg-Horn Racecourse, following the established format with multiple race days. The Derby remained Germany's most important horse race.
Classic Hamburg races such as the Wettstar.de Großer Hansa-Preis and the Langer Hamburger complemented the racing calendar. Family Day, with its reduced prices, once again brought many families from the Hamburg-Mitte district to the track. The racecourse season thus represented one of Hamburg's social summer highlights.
