The HVB Citylauf Aschaffenburg 2025 took place in May 2025. As in previous years, the run featured Kids Runs, Team Challenges, and Main Races across the city center, with the start in the Weißenburger Straße area and the finish at the market square in front of Johannisburg Castle.
In 2025, Aschaffenburg's city center once again transformed into a running track on a Friday evening. Hundreds of participants started in the various competition categories – from children in the Kids Runs to the Team Challenges and the ambitious Main Races over approximately 8 kilometers.
The atmosphere along the route – with spectators cheering on their runners from the sidewalks and the atmospheric finish line in front of Johannisburg Castle – made the run a key event in the sporting life of Aschaffenburg.
