9th HUTFESTIVAL Chemnitz — Festival of Street Art — Edition 2025

8th Hutfestival 2025 — During the Capital of Culture Year

In May 2025, the 8th edition of the Hutfestival took place — embedded in the programme of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz–Nova Gorica. International street artists from Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and other countries transformed squares and streets of the city centre into an open-air stage.

Tens of thousands of visitors enjoyed three days of programming with live music, clowning, acrobatics, juggling, fire shows, and walk-acts. The "Markt der schönen Dinge" (Market of Beautiful Things) and the street food stalls completed the picture. As always, admission was free.
