In 2025, there was no actual edition of the Husumer Piratentage — the festival is a premiere for 2026. The conception, sponsor acquisition, and artist booking were developed in the run-up to the festival's launch, coordinated by Husum Tourism and the City of Husum.
The Husumer Piratentage 2026 is a premiere. In the previous year, 2025, the conception, sponsor acquisition, and artist booking were developed. The Husum Tourism Agency developed the storytelling concept and coordinated with the City of Husum, associations, and the city centre community. The format is intended to help position Husum as a family-friendly travel destination on the North Sea while simultaneously strengthening local trade.
