Overview

The 20th Husum Culture Night took place on July 5, 2025 — a jubilee event that honored two decades of the association's history. Over 25 venues in the old town were open from 7 PM to midnight. The program included readings, concerts, films, and studio visits, all accessible with a single ticket. A food truck at the market square and the Schloss Café completed the offerings.

20th Anniversary 2025

The 2025 Culture Night celebrated the anniversary of the event series. With over 25 participating institutions — from the Theodor Storm House and the Nordfriesland Museum Nissenhaus to Schloss vor Husum, the National Park House, and the Filmclub — the format was broadly positioned in its anniversary edition. The association KulturNacht Husum e.V. organized the event with volunteer helpers.

The Concept Remained

In 2025, the proven principle applied: one ticket for all venues, admission for adults 10 Euros, children and young people under 18 free. From 11 PM onwards, access to all participating venues was free. Readings, chamber concerts, film screenings, exhibitions, and artist talks characterized the evening.

Programme

The 2025 Culture Night ran on July 5 from 7 PM to midnight in the usual format. Over 25 institutions in Husum's old town offered readings, concerts, films, and exhibitions — each institution with its own focus. The Theodor Storm House, Nordfriesland Museum Nissenhaus, Schloss vor Husum, and the galleries of the old town were, as always, central points.
