Edition 2025 — Homburg Wine Festival
The Homburg Wine Festival 2025 took place over two weekends at the end of July and beginning of August in the historic castle courtyard of Homburg am Main. The top wines Homburger Kallmuth and Edelfrau, Franconian delicacies, live music, and the concluding fireworks display over the Kallmuth attracted numerous wine lovers.
In 2025, the Homburg Wine Festival once again confirmed its reputation as the largest Schoppenfest in the Main-Spessart district. For two weekends – July 25 to 27 and July 31 to August 3 – the courtyard of Homburg Castle transformed into "Franconia's most beautiful wine tavern." The wines from the top vineyards Homburger Kallmuth and Homburger Edelfrau, Franconian delicacies, and live music from renowned bands characterized the convivial evenings. The opening with the Wine Princess and the spectacular fireworks display over the Kallmuth to conclude were once again among the highlights of this traditional Franconian wine festival.
