Overview
In 2025, regular Hoffest dates took place at Weingut Baldauf throughout the year – without the special anniversary character planned for 2026. Regular customers and wine lovers from the Saale-Tal took the opportunity to taste the wines of the current vintages directly at the winery courtyard.
Regular Hoffest Season 2025
In 2025, Weingut Baldauf opened its Heckenwirtschaft (seasonal wine tavern) on several weekends during the summer and autumn, as usual. The wines of the current vintages were tasted directly in the courtyard, accompanied by Franconian dishes from the Hofküche. The grand anniversary Hoffest was planned for the following year, 2026, to mark the 60th anniversary.
