Overview
In 2025, Hörnum also celebrated its traditional Harbour Festival. Three days of live music with the Sylt Shanty Choir, the bands „Die Tonados“ and „Das Fiasko“, a dance performance, food trucks offering fish rolls and Mediterranean specialities, a children's program, and the grand fireworks display on Saturday evening. The organizer, as always, was the Tourismus-Service Hörnum.
The 2025 edition followed the proven three-day concept. Highlights included the evening concerts with cover bands and the traditional fireworks display, which drew large crowds to the harbour quays on Saturday evening.
As in previous years, workshops (pottery, stone carving) and children's activities complemented the daytime program, while the Wadden Sea exhibits from the National Park provided educational insights.
