In 2025, the Himmelstadt Christmas Post Office opened on the first Sunday of Advent, November 30th. From December 1st to 18th, 2025, wish lists were accepted on weekdays from 9–11 AM and 3–5 PM; the Christmas market took place on Advent weekends.
During the Himmelstadt Christmas Experiences 2025, the Christmas Post Office was ceremoniously opened on the first Sunday of Advent, November 30th. From December 1st to 18th, 2025, children could personally drop off their wish lists on weekdays from 9 to 11 AM and from 3 to 5 PM.
The Christmas Market around the Post Office branch also attracted visitors in 2025 with arts and crafts, music, a storyteller, and a hands-on program. As in previous years, numerous volunteers answered the more than 80,000 letters from children worldwide – a testament to the enduring appeal of the 'Home of Christkind' in the Main-Spessart district.
