Edition 2024 — Adventsgestöber Herscheid
Already in 2024, the Herscheider Adventsgestöber opened the Alter Schulplatz for around 50 craftspeople and thousands of visitors from the Märkisches Sauerland. Spiekus-rockt and Wir für Herscheid e.V. organized the market with club catering and live music. The positive feedback confirmed the biennial format and led to the 2026 edition on December 6th and 7th.
The 2024 Adventsgestöber once again proved the charm of the small, personal Sauerland Christmas market. The around 50 stalls, the club catering, and the family program brought together residents of Herscheid, former residents, and guests from Lüdenscheid and Plettenberg. The volunteer team subsequently prepared for the next edition in 2026.
