Herbstmarkt 2025

The 2025 Herbstmarkt continued the established tradition: Schloss Eulenbroich opened on the first weekend of October, gathering exhibitors of Bergisches Land crafts spread across the castle grounds. The spectrum ranged from ceramics and blacksmithing to jewelry and textiles, as well as seasonal decorative items and regional food products.

The live demonstrations — chainsaw carving with its spectacular wooden sculptures and the show blacksmithing with free children's activities — were once again the main crowd-pullers. The alpaca walks across the castle grounds were booked up well in advance. With their proceeds, the event supports the ongoing restoration of the late Gothic moated castle, owned by Schloss Eulenbroich gGmbH.
