Overview
Review of the Herbstjahrmarkt 2025
In 2025, the Herbstjahrmarkt Nordhausen once again attracted families from the entire region to August-Bebel-Platz. For several days, rides, stalls, and food stands characterized the cityscape. As usual, family days with reduced prices were part of the program; admission to the fairground itself was free.
Late Summer Tradition
For decades, the Herbstjahrmarkt has been a fixed date in Nordhausen's festival calendar – alongside the spring funfair in May and the Rolandsfest in July. Showmen from North Thuringia and neighboring Saxony-Anhalt once again shaped the funfair with classic spinning rides, modern thrill rides, and children's rides.
