Edition 2025 — Herbstfest Schnakenbek
In 2025, the Freiwillige Feuerwehr Schnakenbek also invited to its Herbstfest at the fire station in October. Klönschnack, barbecue, and the traditional lantern procession for children formed the program. As every year, firefighters, neighbors, and families jointly supported the festival — a format that defines the village's identity.
The 2025 edition followed the classic concept: starting at 6 p.m., with barbecue and Klönschnack at the center, and the children's lantern procession after dark. As every year, the evening extended late into the night for many regular guests.
The organizer was the Freiwillige Feuerwehr Schnakenbek, which, alongside the Maypole raising and smaller annual events, holds the Herbstfest as one of its most important village events.
