Heimatfest Wilhelmsthal – 130 Years of the Music Association & District Music Festival — Edition 2025

The 60th Heimatfest Wilhelmsthal – an anniversary in itself – was celebrated from July 31 to August 3, 2025. It opened on Thursday evening with the traditional beer tasting; Friday featured Family Day and the party night with the band "highline – Feel the Partypower."

As always, the highlight was the Grand Local Heritage Evening on Saturday with traditional costume groups and an anniversary fireworks display around 11 p.m. Sunday offered a festival church service, a morning pint, a family afternoon with the Musikverein Zeyern, and a festive conclusion late in the evening.

Despite a brief thunderstorm on Saturday evening, which slightly delayed the start of the local heritage evening, the festival tent remained full until midnight. The free admission – a Wilhelmsthal tradition – attracted visitors from the entire Kronach district.
