The 2024 Kollnburger Heimatfest took place from August 2 to 5 at the multi-purpose grounds on Schloßberg, beneath Kollenburg castle ruins. Four days of festival tent atmosphere, Bavarian Forest vibes, and the traditional costume and festival parade on Sunday characterized the weekend.
The 2024 Kollnburger Heimatfest ran from Friday, August 2, to Monday, August 5, 2024. As every year, a different local club hosted the festival – with beer tapping, festival tent evenings, Bavarian Forest live bands, performances by folk dance groups, and the grand traditional costume and festival parade on Sunday.
Thousands of locals and vacationers from the Bavarian Forest participated in the four-day festival, which underscored the authentic character of Kollnburg as a "Romantic Castle Village.".
