Overview
The Heimat-, Wein- und Schützenfest 2025 took place traditionally on a summer/late summer weekend — with a parade, wheelbarrow race, wine tastings from Saale-Unstrut vintners, and the proclamation of the marksmen's king. Three days of tradition in the heart of the Unstrut region.
The 2025 edition followed the proven format: festival opening on Friday evening, grand parade and wheelbarrow race on Saturday, and morning pint on Sunday. Saale-Unstrut wines, proclamation of the king, homeland association program, and live music formed the framework of the festival weekend.
