Overview

The Heidecker Heimatfest 2025 took place, as is traditional, on the third weekend of July, bringing five days of festival tent entertainment, customs, and Volksfest atmosphere to the small Middle Franconian town. From the Wine-Up on Thursday, through the Fischerstechen at the Wäschweiher and the grand parade on Sunday, to the musical fireworks finale, the usual program unfolded.

The 2025 edition of the Heidecker Heimatfest followed the well-known schedule: opening with Wine-Up on Thursday, traditional drumming and beer tapping by the mayor on Friday, flea market and Fischerstechen on Saturday, parade on Sunday afternoon, and Family Day with musical fireworks to conclude.

The festival grounds and tent were once again a draw for the entire region. The Heideck Artists' Circle presented its annual exhibition in the town hall, and at the Wäschweiher, the musical fireworks provided the emotional climax of a festival that is pure Heideck identity.
