The second edition of the Happy Salsa Festival took place in June 2025 in Kühlungsborn and definitively established the festival as a fixture in the German salsa scene.
The second edition of the Happy Salsa Festival 2025 brought five days of salsa workshops, live concerts, and dance events to the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. International choreographers led workshops for all levels, and there were live concerts at the pier and in the concert garden. This established the young festival as a fixture in the German salsa calendar after its premiere in 2024. In 2025, many program items remained free of charge.
