Hanfparade — Edition 2025

The 2025 edition was the first Hanfparade after the Cannabis Act (CanG) came into force in April 2024. Despite partial legalization, several thousand activists and demonstrators made their way to Berlin – the focus of the speeches was a critical examination of the implementation of the law by the federal states and the demand for commercially accessible, regulated sales structures.

The format followed the traditional three phases: opening in the morning at Neptune Fountain with speeches and initial live acts, demonstration march through the government district with parade floats and sound trucks, closing stage at Alexanderplatz until late evening with concerts and political speeches. As always, Cannabis Social Clubs, industrial hemp producers, and patient organizations were represented on the Hemp Mile.
