Overview

In 2025, the Hammelburg Old Town Advent took place on November 29 and 30. On Saturday, the market square was open from 3 PM to 8 PM and the courtyards from 3 PM to 10 PM, while on Sunday, the market square and courtyards were open from 12 PM to 6 PM each day. Christmas items, arts and crafts, mulled wine, and a varied supporting program characterized the festival.

The Hammelburg Old Town Advent 2025 transformed the historic old town into a large pre-Christmas bazaar on the weekend of November 29 and 30. On Saturday, the market square was open from 3 PM to 8 PM and the courtyards from 3 PM to 10 PM, while on Sunday, the market square and courtyards were accessible from 12 PM to 6 PM each day.

On and around the market square, as well as in the idyllic courtyards, there were Christmas items, accessories, arts and crafts, and refreshments, along with a varied supporting program on both days. The Old Town Advent was organized by the City of Hammelburg and the Association for Economy and City Marketing.
