Overview
The 2025 edition of the Hamburger Halbmarathon through the Altes Land brought runners from the entire metropolitan region to the CU Arena in Neugraben. Five distances, excellent spring conditions, and a route through one of Germany's most beautiful fruit-growing areas marked the season opener.
2025 Review
The 2025 event followed the proven format: start at the CU Arena in Neugraben, five competitions from the 1.2 km children's run to the 21.1 km half marathon, route through Francop and the Altes Land to Neuenfelde. The Hausbruch-Neugrabener Turnerschaft ensured smooth logistics and official timing.
In the Harburg district, the run is one of Hamburg's most traditional sporting events — a tribute to the agricultural identity of southern Hamburg.
