Edition 2025 — Fischmarkt Stuttgart

The Hamburger Fischmarkt 2025 — the 36th edition in Stuttgart — took place as usual in July on Karlsplatz. Eleven days of market criers, fish specialities, and Hamburg folk songs in the heart of Stuttgart-Mitte.

36th Edition 2025

In 2025, the Hamburger Fischmarkt continued in its usual format on Karlsplatz — eleven days of market crier shows, North German fish specialities, Hamburg live music, and Astra beer on tap. The format once again impressed Stuttgart residents and visitors from the region; the central location and the shady linden trees ensured high visitor numbers even in the summer heat.
