Overview
The 1st Hallesche Weinfest ran from October 17 to 19, 2025, parallel to the established pottery market. With over 25,000 visitors, the premiere was a complete success — 14 Saale-Unstrut vintners, around 90 ceramic workshops, a gross value added of approx. €740,000 for the city.
The premiere attracted significantly more visitors than originally expected. The combination of a classic pottery market (a tradition on the Marktplatz for years) and a new wine festival proved to be a successful concept. Based on this success, the city decided to repeat the format in 2026.

- October 17, 2025: Opening of the Wine Festival with 14 vintners from Saale-Unstrut
- October 17–19, 2025: Pottery Market with ~90 ceramic workshops
- Live music, street food, and stage program
