The 55th Hagener Volkslauf 2025 once again confirmed its reputation as the 'Green Hell of Hagen': four distances, a hilly course, and a motivated field of participants at Marktplatz Hagen-Emst. Organizer SC Concordia Hagen delivered its usual well-executed event — part of the Hagener Lauf-Cup, a traditional fixture in the Westphalian running scene.
The 55th edition in 2025 proceeded as usual: Half Marathon and 10 km in the morning, Fun Run and Walk in the afternoon. The hilly course once again took its toll — personal bests are rarer here than on flat half marathons, but the atmosphere and the scenic route make the run a Westphalian classic.
Programme
Four distances at Marktplatz Hagen-Emst: Half Marathon and 10 km at 10 AM, 6 km Fun Run and 6 km Walk at 1 PM. Hilly course through the southern Hagen district of Emst.
