Overview
In 2025, Ribnitz-Damgarten once again celebrated its Hafenfest on the quay on the third weekend of August. With live music, a market, showmen, and the traditional watersports competitions, the festival was once again a summer highlight on the Bodden coast.
The 2025 edition followed the established format: three festival days with a stage program, market, and amusement rides on the Ribnitz quay.
As in previous years, the watersports competitions — dragon boat races, Bodden swimming, beer paddling, and family paddling — formed the sporting centerpiece on Sunday. The Hafenfest confirmed its place as a popular summer festival in the Amber City.
