Edition 2025 — Hafenfest Kloster
In 2025, the municipality Seebad Insel Hiddensee once again invited visitors to the Hafenfest in the Kloster sailing harbour. A treasure hunt, craft activities, demonstrations by sea rescuers, police, and fire brigade, as well as island gastronomy with barbecue, crêpes, and seafood were part of the usual repertoire. Free admission. The festival remained a firm fixture in the summer programme of the car-free Baltic Sea island.
The Hafenfest 2025 continued the long-standing tradition of the island festival. The organizers were the municipality Seebad Insel Hiddensee and the Hiddenseer Hafen- und Kurbetrieb. As usual, the Kloster sailing harbour at Hafenweg 15 opened its grounds free of charge for a programme of treasure hunts, a craft corner, demonstrations by emergency services, and a rich island gastronomy. A detailed public review with the timetable of individual programme items for 2025 is not archived on seebad-hiddensee.de, but the event is a regular part of the island's summer calendar.
