Edition 2025 — Hafenfest Born
The Hafenfest Born 2025 took place on Saturday, July 5, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Born harbour. Passenger shipping, traditional Zeesboote, maritime traders, and a diverse programme ensured a relaxed summer atmosphere on the Bodden shore. A special highlight was again the boat trips with the water rescue group.
The 2025 edition once again attracted numerous day visitors from the region and holidaymakers from Fischland-Darß-Zingst to the small Bodden harbour. The market stalls offered smoked fish, amber jewellery, pottery, and sea buckthorn products, while several bands provided musical accompaniment on stage.
The boat trips with the traditional Zeesboote and the demonstration by the water rescue group were particularly popular. In summer temperatures, families, hikers, and cyclists spent the day by the jetty and on the festival meadow — a typical harbour festival idyll on the Bodden.
