Overview

The Guntiafest Günzburg 2025 took place, as always, on the last weekend of June. Over twenty Günzburg clubs were present with stalls in the historic old town, as every year — from the Bavarian festival fare of the shooting club to the international specialties of the migrant associations. Live music on several stages, show programs by dance groups, family day on Sunday.

As in previous years, the Guntiafest 2025 was characterized by the diversity of its club contributions: stalls from traditional and shooting clubs, cheerleading squads from schools, migrant associations with their diverse culinary contributions, acoustic bands from the Günzburg-Ulm-Augsburg region.

The concept — a city festival supported by the citizens, with the central Marktplatz, Schloßplatz, and Hofgartenplatz serving as stages — has proven to be consistently successful over the years. Families from the entire Günzburg district, tourists from the neighboring LEGOLAND amusement park, and students from Ulm are among the regular attendees.
