In early September 2025, the municipality of Gundelsheim celebrated its traditional Kirchweih – with a festival church service, festival activities, brass music, and convivial get-togethers as living Franconian customs in the Bamberg district.
The 2025 edition of the Gundelsheimer Kirchweih continued the long tradition of the village festival. At the beginning of September, the town center transformed into a meeting point for living Franconian customs.
As every year, the program was characterized by a festival church service, festival activities with brass music, and convivial get-togethers. The Kerwa once again confirmed its firm place in the Kirchweih landscape around Bamberg.
