Edition 2025 — Advent on the Market Square Güstrow

The Güstrow "Advent am Markt" 2025 took place from December 5th to 21st on the historic market square. Open Monday to Thursday 11 AM–7 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM–9 PM, Sunday 12 PM–7 PM. Mulled wine, regional specialties, and a stage program with schoolchildren and artists from the region characterized the Advent season in the Barlach town.

In 2025, the Güstrow Christmas Market once again focused on its proven regional character: stalls with Mecklenburg products and arts and crafts, mulled wine and bratwurst, a bonfire in the center of the market, and a daily stage program featuring performances by Güstrow schools, choirs, and regional artists. Nestled between the town hall, parish church, and old town alleys, the market remained one of the most atmospheric Advent destinations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
