Edition 2025 — Volksfest Günzburg
The Günzburg Volksfest 2025 took place from August 8th to 17th on the festival grounds on the Danube riverbank. For ten days, the large festival tent with the Hahnzelt, regional brass and party music, a wide range of rides, and numerous stands created a Volksfest atmosphere in Günzburg, with the public holiday Assumption of Mary falling in the middle of the festival days.
In 2025, the Günzburg Volksfest from August 8th to 17th was again one of the summer highlights in Bavarian Swabia. On the festival grounds on the Danube riverbank, the large festival tent and the Hahnzelt offered Bavarian delicacies, freshly tapped beer, and chicken classics, accompanied by daily live music from regional bands. Rides and numerous stands provided fairground fun, while the public holiday Assumption of Mary on August 15th fell within the ten-day festival period.
