Grillabend of FFW Windheim

As every year, the 2025 barbecue evening was all about club sociability: sausages, steaks, mixed salads from the fire brigade's kitchen, and draft beer on the beer benches in front of the fire station. There is traditionally no spectacular special event at this format – the atmosphere thrives on the reunion of the village community and uncomplicated togetherness.

In Windheim, the barbecue evening is one of the few fixed club dates in the summer, between the May festival and the Hafenlohr summer Kirchweih, and thus one of the brigade's most important sources of income for equipment and youth work.
